We are rapidly advancing toward successfully delivering the underlying Phase 2 Design-Build project for the Miami-Dade Department of Transportation and Public Works. The project will add 2.14 miles of improvements running within or parallel to the County’s Metrorail Right-of-Way and include separate paved off-street bicycle and pedestrian paths, landscaping-including 100 new trees and 1,000 new plants - lighting, street furniture, multiple amenities, wayfinding signage, intersection safety improvements, and pavement marking. The entire LEAD team, including our design partner, A&P Engineers CHA Company, and all subcontractors, is delivering another high-quality project and is honored to perform this project for the enhancement of our team advancement

David is the Principal Designer and Founder of DM Architecture Design Co located in Orlando, FL.

David found interior design after a 6 year career as an analyst in the corporate world. As a creative for as long as he could remember, he decided to go back to school to pursue a career that was more aligned with her strengths and passions. He considers himself creative by nature, and logical through training and schooling, so he was pleased to discover that interior design is both creative and quite technical, allowing him to use both old and new skills. He originally started DM Architecture Design CO in Boise, ID in 2021, and moved the business to Florida in 2024 to be closer to family.

While attentive to his clients’ requests and desires, David is dedicated to always presenting new ideas and creative solutions to his clients. He’s not interested in copying trends or imitating what everyone else is doing…His clients hire her for a strong creative vision and originality, and she takes that role to heart.

Ron Malik

Senior Project Manager, AIA LEED AP

Malik is a registered architect and an established project manager, carrying more than 28 years of experience under his belt. Skilled in a wide range of architectural and design processes, he is proficient in project management, code review, specification, project scheduling, ADA compliance, certification processes, and QAQC reviews. Ron’s wealth of architectural experience encompasses a diverse range of sectors. His past work includes life sciences and biotechnology facilities, educational institutions, medical facilities, government and municipal building and office development. His robust knowledge in the field enables him to effectively oversee projects from beginning to end. Ron holds LEED AP credentials and is a member of the AIA and the Boston Society of Architects.

Ron values his quiet time and enjoys researching the arts, technology, and current events. He finds joy in various pastimes, including ballroom dancing, playing speed chess and board games, and watercolor painting.
